Each year Sapphire Celebrations submits our favorite weddings to the ICON awards. We’ve made finalist in the under $75K category each of the last two years, but haven’t won yet.
Previously a panel of experts has selected the winners. This year in addition to the experts, Colorado Expression is doing People’s Choice Awards. This is the first time the submitted weddings have been put online.
