As winter has decided to finally arrive here in Colorado, I started thinking of the amazing winter weddings we’ve done over the years. The white of the snow can make an amazing back drop for your wedding day.
If you pick up the current issue of Premier Bride magazine you will see one of our 2008 weddings in the Featured Weddings section.
After an eventful day prior to their wedding day (see previous post “Plan B”), Carly and Grant were able to enjoy their wedding celebration at Mile High Station in downtown Denver. Although not the original plan, it was still a beautiful celebration.
Sapphire Celebrations always has a Plan B for outdoor ceremonies. We even have a Plan B should something happen to keep a primary coordinator from being able to do a wedding. However, this weekend was the first time we ever considered needing a Plan B for a venue.
Today I had lunch with Nealie from Candid Photography. I enjoyed learning more about her business and seeing examples of the amazing photos she takes. Nealie and her husband own Candid Photography, combining their passion and artistry to provide clients with beautiful photographs to remember their wedding day by.
This weekend Sapphire Celebrations helped Lauren and Justin’s wedding vision become a reality at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs. Pam worked with this Texas couple to ensure that every detail of their wedding celebration was executed just as they envisioned.
The Hill Room at the Garden of the Gods Country Club was the setting for this weekends’s rehearsal dinner.
Sapphire Celebrations is so excited to have been added to the preferred vendor list at the Lodge and Spa at Cordillera.
We have been fortunate over the years to receive coverage in the local wedding magazines. Currently you can see Sapphire Celebrations’ weddings in Brides Colorado, theKnot Colorado, Colorado Premier Bride and Confetti Magazine. Now that we have the blog set up, I will post when new magazines come out – I hope that the current trend will continue and I’ll have a lot to post!
We had a great time exhibiting at the Broadmoor Bridal Show this weekend. We met with wonderful couples and had the chance to meet with fellow vendors.
