Faith, family, and friends were key when Sarah and Mat began planning their wedding. Growing up in America’s heartland, the couple’s North Dakota roots were prevalent in the design. The festivities kicked off with a BBQ rehearsal dinner at Hickory House, followed by two step lessons at the Annabelle Inn. Guests were transported to the top of Aspen Mountain via gondola, where nature’s glory spread from horizon to horizon. The Aspen Wedding Deck and adjacent Aspen Mountain Club were selected for the ceremony and reception. Wheat stems decorated personal flowers and napkin rolls. Sheaves of wheat decorated tables. The evening wrapped up with an after party at The Little Nell.
