Our coordinators pride themselves on their ability to draw on both practical – project management and organizational – and creative skill sets to translate your mental image into an event to be remembered.

We offer a free initial consultation to learn about your wedding vision and determine the wedding package that best fits your needs.  

Sapphire Celebrations offers full service, partial planning and month of coordination packages to couples getting married in Colorado. Package details and pricing are discussed during the initial consultation and presented in a custom proposal. Planning and design wedding day packages start at $9,000 and full wedding weekend planning and design packages start at $14,000. Our month of coordination packages are booked on a limited basis and start at $3,500. 

Special wedding planning packages have been designed for couples planning an intimate Colorado wedding or a Colorado Elopement.

Sapphire Celebrations will custom create a package that includes all of the elements of the full wedding weekend.
