Donovan Pavilion

This venue is tucked away in the ski village of Vail, one of our favorite Colorado mountain towns. Situated along the side of Gore Creek, it also offers a stunning mix of waterfront and alpine views. For couples who want to say “I do” in a secluded location while enjoying modern amenities, Donovan Pavilion is a prime destination!

The outdoor ceremony space at the back of the venue will leave your guests breathless as they watch you exchange your vows beneath towering evergreens. Hosting your wedding here means you can hop on the gondola beforehand and ride to the top of the mountain for your first look! Additionally, it’s the perfect place to snap your bridal portraits before heading to your reception inside the venue’s timber lodge, which boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and arched exposed-beam ceilings.

Della Terra

Estes Park is home to this resort-style venue that nestles at the base of the Rocky Mountain National Forest. Here, you’ll encounter luxury and seclusion and find yourself with a front-row seat to the untouched beauty of the Rockies!

Amenities abound here, including an onsite bridal salon, indoor and outdoor cocktail facilities, and a Chateau with fourteen luxurious suites for you and your wedding party to enjoy. Your ceremony underneath the venue’s natural cedar trellis, surrounded by forest and presided over by towering Macgregor Mountain, will be one to remember. Cielo at Castle Pines Wedding with Lavender and Yellow Décor

Barbara and Jared traveled from Wyoming with their loved ones to celebrate their wedding at Cielo at Castle Pines in Castle Rock! The lavender and yellow color scheme they chose was perfect for a summer wedding. These two have been together for many years, and we could tell that all their friends and family were thrilled to see them becoming husband and wife! It was an honor to be the month-of wedding coordinator for this sweet couple.

We were so impressed by Barbara and Jared’s planning! They chose a simple yet striking color scheme of lavender and yellow with pops of cream that they incorporated throughout their details. Then, when their special day arrived, our team took over to ensure that their timeline would run smoothly. Meanwhile, Barbara and Jared could focus on enjoying their wedding day! Cielo at Castle Pines Reception in The Pine Room

Barbara and Jared held their reception inside The Pine Room at Cielo at Castle Pines. This space is incredible, with a stone fireplace, chandelier, and massive windows that evoke classic Colorado elegance. The couple opted for round tables draped with purple satin tablecloths, while their guests’ chairs featured coordinating satin chair sashes. On the tablescapes, yellow linen napkins contrasted with antique purple goblets. In addition, we loved the whimsical centerpieces by Earth Tones Floral! Branches with clear glass ornaments filled with tea lights added height to bud vases filled with lavender and yellow roses.

The couple’s wedding cake by The Makery Cake Co. was also a stunning detail! Yellow roses and purple butterflies cascaded down the sides, which featured wraparound calligraphy with words from a biblical passage on love. And who could forget the menu of custom cocktails named after the couple’s dogs, Ned and Ember?

Barbara and Jared were perfect candidates for our month-of wedding coordination package! All of their careful planning, combined with the presence of our team, made their wedding day at Cielo at Castle Pines feel effortless.
