Hillary and Justin envisioned a summer wedding at the Broadmoor with classic details, from custom-designed invitations to white flowers galore. As the resort’s longest-standing preferred planner, we were thrilled to bring their vision to life! Although Hillary’s mother is a Coloradan, the couple resides out of state, and they wanted a local wedding expert to guide them through the planning process. We often help couples plan their destination wedding here and are open to working with anyone, both near and far! It’s our honor to introduce soon-to-be-weds to our beautiful state and help them build their vendor dream team. Lakeside Summer Wedding at the BroadmoorHillary and Justin utilized two of our favorite wedding spots at the Broadmoor to host their summer nuptials. They exchanged their vows on the Lakeside Terrace, where their guests enjoyed a spectacular view of the resort’s West Building, the Cheyenne Lake, and the looming Rockies. It was a gorgeous July day with the lake water sparkling in the sunlight! Meanwhile, a floral arch by Southern Charm added a touch of elegance. White roses, snapdragons, and lisianthus, accompanied by lush greenery, climbed up either side while a silky panel of white gauze hung overhead. Later, the couple hosted their reception inside the Lake Terrace Dining Room, just steps from their ceremony’s location. This space is peak elegance, with marble flooring and ceilings that soar. It’s a favorite with our clients, and it isn’t hard to see why! Guests can enjoy unobstructed lake views through massive windows from the comfort of air conditioning. Plus, the space can accommodate up to 250 people! The couple’s tablescapes were all timeless sophistication, with crisp white linens and gleaming glassware. Along the center of each, greenery boughs joined ivory pillar candles to add just the right amount of freshness and warmth. However, the evening wasn’t only beautiful but full of entertainment for the couple’s guests! Sound Master Entertainment played everyone’s favorite wedding tunes, and it wasn’t long before everyone rushed to the dance floor. Then, Hillary and Justin danced the hora to honor Hillary’s Jewish heritage! Meanwhile, Goofy Faces Caricatures entertained everyone by creating portraits of the couple and their guests. This summer wedding at the Broadmoor was one for the books. Our team would love to help you plan your Colorado destination wedding here! Gruber Caricature Artist: Goofy Faces Caricatures Gretchen and Andrew’s wedding at Colorado Mountain Ranch was inspired by the beautiful landscape, with organic details in a palette of white and green. As the couple’s month-of wedding coordinator, we came on board in the final weeks of planning to ensure every detail came together. Then, when the big day arrived, we took charge so that Gretchen and Andrew could sit back and enjoy every moment. In fact, it was Gretchen’s father who hired us to ensure his daughter would feel completely relaxed on her wedding day—we can’t think of a better gift! Green and White DetailsWe loved the color palette that Gretchen and Andrew chose for their wedding day, which reminded us of a Colorado mountain forest. While Andrew and his groomsmen donned charcoal tuxes, Gretchen’s bridesmaids slipped into soft sage green gowns. Meanwhile, Gretchen looked stunning in the Hearst Gown from Willowby by Watters, with leaf appliqués stitched into the bodice and trailing down the floaty tulle skirt. It coordinated perfectly with the rustic, nature-inspired feel of the day! Gretchen and her bridesmaids also carried simple bouquets from Atmosphere Flowers, with a mix of eucalyptus and massive white roses. A sprinkling of ranunculus added a splash of burgundy to Gretchen’s arrangement that hinted at the fall season. Reception in the Ponderosa Lodge at Colorado Mountain RanchThe couple held their reception inside the Ponderosa Lodge at Colorado Mountain Ranch, where fireplaces, hewn log walls, and panoramic views of the surrounding mountains gave their celebration a cozy, intimate feel. Long farmhouse tables encouraged family-style dining. On the tablescapes, white linens and eucalyptus incorporated the color palette into the design, while flickering candles added warmth. The simplicity complemented the rustic décor and gave the lodge an air of elegance! It was an honor to perform month-of coordination for this Colorado Mountain Ranch wedding.
