Lush florals and luxe tablescapes were highlights of Jessica and Harry’s wedding at The Broadmoor. This Colorado Springs resort is one of our favorite Colorado wedding venues, so we were stoked to come back and coordinate this event. If you love classic weddings with a bit of sparkle, look no further for all the design inspiration you need! Moving an Outdoor Ceremony Inside Although Jessica and Harry envisioned an outdoor ceremony, Mother Nature had other plans. Fortunately, we had a solid Plan B! We abandoned Plan A several hours before the wedding, then set to work in, the Main Ballroom, one of The Broadmoor’s elegant ballrooms. Our team hustled to attain the couple’s vision so that the indoor setting resembled the outdoor design. In the end, we were thrilled with the result—and so were Jessica and Harry! One of our top tips for couples planning an outdoor wedding is to know and love your Plan B. That way, you won't be disappointed no matter which way the wind blows! In the completed design, the florals by Plum Sage were the magical element that brought the room to life. Organic arrangements of purple blooms lined either side of the aisle, reminiscent of a secret garden. Then, at the head of the room stood the couple’s round archway covered in ivory florals and greenery. The addition of gold Chiavari chairs elevated the sense of luxury, while the overall effect perfectly replicated the couple’s vision. lake terrace Dining room Reception at The BroadmoorWith intricate crown molding and floor-to-ceiling windows, the Lakeside Terrace Dining Room at The Broadmoor invoked regal elegance for the couple’s reception. We arranged a mixture of long and round tables draped with ivory linens and circled them with gold chairs. Meanwhile, soft gold votives and ivory pillar candles filled the room with a flickering glow. However, the floral arrangements were the most eye-catching of all! Vaulted ivory and blush florals added height to the tablescapes, while bud vases with purple flowers grounded the lush design. In addition, we worked with Plum Sage to style the room’s namesake, a tall stone fountain. We used ivory and purple florals repurposed from the couple’s ceremony to surround it for a garden-inspired effect. We feel so honored that Jessica and Harry entrusted us with planning their wedding at The Broadmoor! Are you envisioning a wedding here or elsewhere in beautiful Colorado? We worked with them to plan every detail, and we couldn’t be happier with how their vision came to life. Keep scrolling for all of the details and October wedding inspiration! Welcome Party and Wedding Planning in Estes ParkWhen Jessica and Dalton reached out to us, they knew they wanted to get married in Estes Park. However, they weren’t sure what venue would be their best fit. After a bit of scouting, we introduced them to Della Terra Mountain Chateau! The couple fell in love with the venue’s luxurious amenities, old-world architecture, and uninterrupted views of the Rockies. Almost immediately, they knew it was the right venue for them! In addition, we curated a dream team of Colorado vendors and drafted a decor design to fit the couple’s vision. We gathered all the details so they could enjoy their engagement with the knowledge that their perfect wedding day was coming together! We also assisted Dalton’s mom with planning a rehearsal dinner that doubled as a welcome party for the couple’s out-of-town guests. Because most of their family lives out of state, including their parents, this event was a great way to welcome everyone to Estes Park and the wedding weekend! What’s more, as an additional treat, we curated welcome bags of local goods for each guest to enjoy. Rocky Mountain Wedding at Della Terra Mountain ChateauOctober is one of the most popular months to get married, and Jessica and Dalton’s wedding made it easy to see why! Golden leaves and the iconic Rocky Mountains made the perfect backdrop for their intimate ceremony. Meanwhile, their loved ones snuggled under blankets to combat the autumn chill. At the same time, our team set to work readying The Celebration Place at Della Terra for the couple and their guests. This space is absolutely gorgeous, with a classic lodge feel and floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing mountain views. So, a simple yet elegant design was sufficient to transform it into Jessica and Dalton’s vision. Ivory and purple linens balanced airy minimalism with a pop of color, while arrangements of purple and burgundy flowers by The Perfect Petal added depth and richness. As a fun twist, each table was named for one of Colorado’s gorgeous natural attractions, including Estes Park’s next-door neighbor, Rocky Mountain National Park! Collaborating with Jessica and Dalton to plan their wedding at Della Terra Mountain Chateau was a dream come true.
