 Enjoy your day and hire a Day of Coordinator! Melinda and Leland hired Sapphire Celebrations to help them with their special day and booked our Month of Wedding Coordination package. Melinda and Leland needed help bringing all of their wedding details together as they chose the lovely, and ever timeless, Highlands Ranch Mansion for their big day. Sapphire Celebrations specializes in coordinating all of your wedding details, whether it’s with our full service packages or with our month of coordination. We bring the experience of over 15 years of problem solving, managing the set up and clean up of your wedding day, creating a detailed timeline, and stepping in as the master negotiator. Melinda and Leland hired us for just these reasons, as well as knowing we would create a peace of mind and allow their family and friends to enjoy their wedding as wedding guests. Melinda and her bridesmaids were able to get ready in the bridal suite at Highlands Ranch Mansion which allowed for an easy and smooth transition for the wedding party to be in the same location as the wedding ceremony and wedding reception. While the bride and her bridesmaids were getting ready in one wing of this breathtaking venue, the groom and his groomsmen were in another area of Highlands Ranch Mansion. The bridesmaids' were draped in beautiful floor length, sleeveless maroon dresses, while the groom and groomsmen were dressed in blue suits, brown shoes and complimentary silky maroon ties. Once the bride was all buttoned up in her beautiful lace gown, she and Leland met at the front doors of The Mansion. The bridesmaids peered through the glassy front windows as Leland walked toward the front door. As Leland arrived at the door, we turned him around so his back was then facing the direction he just strutted from. Melinda would soon arrive, note in hand, as we wanted to ensure the couple didn’t see each other prior to the wedding ceremony. Melinda and Leland met, happy and teary eyed as they exchanged notes they had written for each other. As the wedding couple stood back to back with the elegant front door as their backdrop, they read their heartfelt notes from each other. Once the wedding couple had finished reading their heartfelt notes, they shared a giggle and a hand squeeze before Leland headed down to the wedding ceremony taking place in the Front Circle Drive. Wedding guests began to arrive and were greeted by white resin chair seating with the Highlands Ranch Mansion as the backdrop for this stunning wedding ceremony. As wedding guests were seated, Leland stood on the front steps awaiting for his beautiful bride to walk down the aisle. Melinda and Leland’s wedding ceremony began just as the sun began to go down behind the trees just behind their wedding ceremony site. This lighting made for an absolutely gorgeous backdrop and view for their wedding guests. Once the vows were exchanged, wedding guests were led into The Mansion and into the cocktail reception while the wedding party and bride and groom took photos on the acreage of Highlands Ranch Mansion. Wedding guests were welcomed into the wedding reception space which had high ceilings, exposed beams, white walls and stone accents. Melinda and Leland chose white linens with white linen spandex chair covers as the base of their charming wedding reception. The tables were set with gold chargers beneath white plates and waterfall folded white napkins. The centerpieces for each of the guest tables were a variety of white candles with maroon table runners, along with low-profile white floral arrangements. Once the wedding guests enjoyed their plated meals, it was time to cut the cake. The incredible wedding cake was a 4-tiered cake with three white frosted tiers, and an edible gold glitter base with accents of red roses. Sapphire Celebrations helped create a detailed timeline of Melinda and Leland’s wedding, and we helped them schedule the time to cut and serve the cake, as well as the best times for a few, special wedding guests to say a few words. After the cake was cut and served, wedding guests put their best dance moves to the test, and they moved their feet to the beat of the music and danced the night away. It was finally time to say adieu, so Melinda and Leland said farewell to their wedding guests as the guests waved magical, lit sparklers as the newly wed couple ran down the stone front steps of Highlands Ranch Mansion. What a magical day for Melinda and Leland, and we were so happy to pull it all together for them in their last month of their wedding planning.
